Delete Your Cosmitto Account

You can request deletion of your Cosmitto account and associated personal data at any time.

Send your request to hello@cosmitto.co with the subject Cosmitto Account Deletion Request.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Cosmitto account so we can verify your request.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with the account, including your profile and account information, saved providers, community posts and comments, direct messages, reviews and booking requests.

We may retain information that Cosmitto is legally required or legitimately permitted to keep, such as records needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

Delete from inside the app

You can also delete your account instantly in the Cosmitto app under Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account.
